How this service is delivered

Architectural services are provided by registered architectural sub-consultants, selected, coordinated and supervised by KALKATIC. Drawings and specifications are sealed by the architect of record.

You hold one contract and deal with one project lead. Where the architectural work sits alongside our forensic or structural findings, the coordination between them is ours to manage, not yours.

Why clients bring us in

  • One contract and one project lead. We carry the coordination between the architect and the engineering disciplines, which is where change orders usually originate.
  • Architects are brought in as required for restoration work.
  • Adaptive reuse briefed with our forensic understanding of what is actually in the existing building.

When to call

  • A development approval is stalled on documentation
  • A restoration project requires drawings, not just a report
